About the position
Operations Urology is a highly automated facility equipped with chemical processes, mounting machines, transport systems and packaging lines and a Distribution Center. We are commissioned 24/7 by operators and managers on five shifts. We use BI for analyzing and improving our production and cooperate with researchers for further development for the use of Big Data.
As Head of Production Catheter you will be a key person in the manufacturing leadership team. And you will lead the department, for the chemical processes and mounting machines, consistent of about 60 persons including 5 shift managers.
Your key accountabilities are:
• Lead and coach managers and coworkers to explore new ways in our effort to continuously improve
• Analyzing and improve results and reach targets, with assistance of BI- tools
• Responsible for continuously monitor and follow up key performance indicators
• To cooperate and challenge managers within operations to develop and explore new ways to optimize our production
Who you are

We believe you have:
• an academic background ( MSc, / BSc ) in preferably automation/mechanical/electrical engineering
• several years of leading in production
• change management skills including LEAN/Six Sigma
• an analytical mind and strategic skills
• a positive attitude and a drive to develop people and organization
• good communications skills, in both English and Swedish
It is also an advantage if you have experience in working with quality systems regulations.
