hela Sverige With all brands in the Traton group moving towards a common way of working with product structure in Traton Modular System (TMS) there will be opportunities to co-operate between brands also when it comes to presales preparations and ways of introducing new content to the market. During last year Scania, MAN, Navistar and Hero identified opportunities for cooperation by sharing systems and processes but also in the actual work of taking product data from R&D and moving it to each brand that makes its work with it to make it commercially right in the market.
Presales Multibrand is a function within Presales and Sales Readiness that will be hosted by Scania but will support all brands and the joint activities in that area. If you are interested in shaping the future and finding our ways forward together in the group, then this is the job for you. You will work in the management structure of the function Presales Multibrand as head of the group Product & Structure Introductions Multibrand.
Who we are
The group Product & Structure Introductions Multibrand is a newly created group in the Presales Multibrand function. As the manger for this group you will lead a team of very experienced people and have a key role in the interface to the Multibrand work in MAN, Navistar, Hero as well as Scania. You need to be able to have a long-term view of how this, until now, unexplored area can develop but also an ability to act here and now to ensure high-quality introductions of new product structure and product information.
The Product & Structure Introductions Multibrand team consists of experienced and highly motivated team members in the areas of Continuous Introduction, Product Coordination and Product Information. Their responsibilities are content in the presales systems and work a lot in the interface towards R&D but also towards our business units and other departments.
What you will do
As head of Product & Structure Introductions Multibrand you will lead a group responsible for monitoring and coordinating the inflow of product updates from R&D and doing the necessary preparations of these product updates that will make it possible to move out to the commercial organizations in each brand. You will also develop our ways of working to meet requirements in a new Multibrand context where we have all brands collaborating in a way we have never worked with before.
Your profile
You are a strong and highly motivated leader with a strategic mind but can act here and now. Previous management experience or other proven skills of leading people are of importance. You can work in a cross-functional and cross-brand environment and are interested in a holistic view of how the industrial and commercial systems work together to deliver results.
New thinking, open-mindedness, driving change and cross-functional work should come naturally. The role will take you to many different environments, internally as well as externally so you will need to be competent in handling cultural differences and master English fluently. Swedish is not required. If you have managerial experience with any of the Traton brands and a background in cross-brand (collaborative) work we encourage you to apply.
