We are currently looking for a colleague who shares our passion and energy to develop and drive the delivery of our product propositions across all of our geographies in line with our strategy, objectives and commercial roadmap. This role is critical in leading the global Product and Customer Experience Team, setting the direction for Ikano Bank in the future.

Let's make a difference in finance for the many people

You will build and lead a team of Global Product Owners within competence areas such as Retail, Loans & Savings, Cards & Payments, Open Banking and B2B. The Product & Customer Experience team will work in close partnership with colleagues across our different markets, IT and other key functions.

You will have a key role in setting our strategic direction, as well as big focus on making things happen:

• Product and customer journey strategy, in line with overall Bank strategy
• Maintaining oversight over product profitability providing insight and direction to improve business performance
• Product portfolio management and development
• Creating a seamless customer journey strategy, aligning products, processes and platforms alike to achieve the optimal result
• Working together with local markets to ensure the strategy is delivered in the most fast, effective and compliant way
• Recruitment, management & development of high quality, skilled co-workers demonstrating pro-activity, initiative and ownership

Are you the one for Ikano?

We are looking for an inspiring and authentic leader with a strategic mindset and a solid understanding of banking - especially within the area of product management.

You have a strong commercial focus with a knack for seeing the big picture and possess a high-level tech understanding in a business context.

Great communication and facilitator skills are also a must in this position and you are fluent in spoken and written English.

Previous working experience in an international multi-market context is strongly preferred.

You thrive in a team-player environment and lead with Ikano's values at heart. You are experienced in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Taking ownership and responsibility is important to you, and you lead by example.

In this role you will report to our Chief Commercial Officer and, as you will be leading a team based in several different countries and working within a bank-wide scope, the role will require quite a bit of travelling and virtual meetings. We would ideally like this role to be based at our head office in Malmö, Sweden, but would be open to discussing placement at one of our other sites for the right candidate.
