As a Head of Product Management, your responsibility is to lead a growing team of talented Product Managers. This role is for you who have a passion for building a successful Product organisation and workplace within an agile product development company, where your focus will be to enable others to build great products and grow. As the Head of Product Management, you will lead and support M's Product Managers to develop into inspiring product leaders through feedback, coaching, and career development. You will collaborate closely with your team and drive all people-related processes like hiring, onboarding, staffing and retaining. Your pragmatic approach will help remove obstacles that hinder the teams and you trust them to find a way forward.
You will care for the Product Management Team, ensuring the team's performance, dynamics, and that the needs and prerequisites are met to pave the way for success. You will play an important role in the strategic work and execution of M's overall goals, in close collaboration with the other leadership functions at M.
We are working cross-functionally and you'll collaborate with other parts of the company and above all - promote, facilitate and influence the product culture and how we do great work at M. You will oversee and continuously improve key product processes and product operations. You will own the strategic responsibility for M's product portfolio as part of the product leadership team.
This role will report to our CPO. In addition to your responsibilities, there will be plenty of work streams and strategic initiatives to engage with depending on what you are passionate about.

You show experience with most of the following...
Product management experience in an agile product development environment.
Management and leadership experience including people responsibilities and an established toolbox for developing teams, individuals, processes and promoting change in a product setting.
Identifying and growing talent within a product team, understanding people's motivation and setting them up for success through distributed mentorship models and individual coaching.
Promoting product processes, practices, and work to drive alignment across teams.
You know that collaboration and communication is key to your role and know how to be effective while putting relationships first.
You know the importance of understanding user needs and working with our Product Managers so that their work fits into a consistent product experience.
Provide context, support and guidance as the team grows and works towards our business objectives.
You understand the value of diverse teams and have a keen interest in what makes each one of us unique.
