About Eniro Group

The group is divided into three business areas. Business Area Marketing Partner, which accounts for 70 percent of sales, offers local small and medium sized businesses a "one-stop-digital marketing-shop" based on external partnerships as well as our own search services. Business Area Voice offers Contact Center services for larger enterprises in the Nordics as well as Directory Assistance Services. Business Area Venture includes the successful app Eniro Nautical (Eniro på Sjön) as well as other growth initiatives within the group.

Your role

As the Head of Product, you will take ownership, define and drive the product strategy and roadmap. In addition you will plan and execute on new products, partnerships, and offerings that will benefit our customers, that will support our strategy and financial goals. You are also accountable for the product portfolio profitability, including setting targets and continuous follow up, as well as creating great customer journeys and add value to the business of our customers. Reporting to VP of business unit Marketing Partner, you will be a part of the MP Nordic leadership team, as well as leading the product management team, with different and broad competences within the MarTech space and our core products.

You will:

Drive the direction, and development of Marketing Partner and Eniro product portfolio and roadmap, ranging from strategy to execution

Work closely with the organization driving cross-functional product development and areas that scale, accelerating the business forward

Explore new product partnerships, and developed existing ones, to make sure product portfolio is up to speed with current trends and needs

Maintain a data driven and customer centric approach in order to track the performance of the activities and sales

-
Be attentive and understanding our customers needs and ensure the right product portfolio to meet them

-
Develop best practices, methodology and playbook for how product development in an agile approach best serves the business and customers

-
Support in external and internal communication and presentations, representing the product area and the company as a whole


We think that you have:

-
Previous experience and proven leader within the product area, preferably from a SaaS or PaaS company in a fast moving industry or start- or scale up

-
Experience in working with design thinking and customer driven approach in product development would be a merit

-
Proven track record of converting high-level business and product strategy into tangible and effective execution cross company will be needed

-
End-to-end experience of the product strategy and roadmap process

-
Analytical and financial skills with firm understanding of product profitability and budget work is a must have

-
Highly data literate, with ability to integrate market, business and customer data into decision making

-
Documented experience working with a subscription model or SaaS in a B2B market

-
University degree or equivalent in Marketing/Communications or Economics/Business

Clear and efficient both in your way of working and communicating
