To Siemens, Security Products with office in Solna we are looking for a
Head of Product Lifecycle Management
Security Products is a division in Building Technologies within Siemens AB. We market products and system within access control and integrated system with long experience and tradition of innovative security solutions. We offer cutting-edge technology within the area access control, integrated security system, CCTV and intrusion.
What are my responsibilities?
• Managing and delivering a continually renewed and sustainable global portfolio of products and support services which will enable the organisation to achieve its short term "as-is" and long term targeted sales revenue and growth objectives in line with the agreed business/sales strategy and stakeholders needs.
• Developing and executing a change management strategy to ensure the products, people and processes along with structure, skills and competencies are best aligned to enable continued delivery of our Access and Intrution based portfolio complemented by CCTV in a fast changing and dynamic market.
• Developing a portfolio of market leading products that will enable growth, strengthened market position and increased ROI over the next 3-5 years.
Extensive European travel is an essential part of the role, your direct team and the customers are based internationally
What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Knowledge of security products, general functionalities and USP's.
• Experience in defining business strategies through to implementation and evaluation during periods of significant change
• High-level International management experience
• Commercial and Technical experience and detailed knowledge of completive advantages within security product business.
• Business education at BMA level or similar
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• As a person, you are structured; facts-, business and result oriented with strong personal driving force and power of initiative. You have good analytical skills, a positive attitude to problems, solutions and service. Further on you have good ability to handle people, and are used to building and developing many internal/external contacts. You are used to working independently within your own responsibilities.
