As Head of Product Development
In this brand new role, you will actively contribute to position BNP Paribas Cardif Nordic as a Customer Experience oriented-company, and define our strategy ahead. Hands-on you will develop and maintain an easy and seamless experience for our customers. On a daily basis, thanks to your previous experience, you identify and design the products and services responding to our customers needs; you also manage the Customer Experience team responsible for; Market watch, Customer journey, and Product and Services. The whole Customer Experience chain of designing, distributing and improving the offer is fuelled by your expertise and the input provided by your team and the organization. With both analytic and conceptual views, we believe you have the ability to maintain and develop the collaborative relationships between departments to create synergy benefits.
We are looking for...
an enthusiastic and patient leader with a strong interest in digital and innovative solutions. Eager to explore and understand the whole experience that the customer undergoes while using a product, you dare to find new ways - always with reason and focus on results. As a communicative person, you easily build trust and have the ability to make others follow you.
Our wishes:
• Product expertize in any domain
• Background in digital Customer experience
• Fluent in English and any other Nordic language(s)
• Experience of leading or managing cross functional teams
• Strong client knowledgein any Nordic country(-ies)
• Knowledge on banking and/or insurance is a plus
