Your job will be to lead the specification of features and implementation of the product roadmap together with internal and external stakeholders, while at all stages keeping player behaviour in mind. We strive to offer the best possible game experiences through nice and appealing design. As a whole, attractive online gambling that encourages competitive, social and fair play.
Working on our well renowned Bingo product, you will be accountable for leading the team to meet milestones and business targets, creating and improving processes, coordinating with stakeholders across the company, tracking and resolving issues, and probably the most important aspect of making the Bingo vertical develop - expand and scale onto different markets and brands.
Responsibilities:
• Lead, inspire and motivate others in creating the worlds best bingo product
• Define, design and manage key development projects that further the overall strategic vision of the Bingo vertical
• Work closely with various stakeholders to set requirements and define the product roadmap
• Together with your team, work closely with our Design department, our SW development teams and key customers to smoothly implement new features, share an understanding of the end users future interests as well as staying abreast on what is happening within the Bingo sphere
• Effectively communicate best practices and strategies to internal and external stakeholders through professional presentations -
• Understanding of Bingo ecology, design of features and retention strategies with focus on mobile users
As the Head of Product, you are passionate about games, game development, and the craft of game design. You should be comfortable with taking initiative and independently finding creative solutions to complex problems. You should also be comfortable working within a multidisciplinary team, where you are expected to - through collaboration and leadership - achieve the highest quality possible. You should have very high standards in everything you do and a devotion to creating the best possible player experience.
Requirements:
• 2+ years in a leadership role, strong people management skills
• Understanding of the software development life cycle
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Solid foundation in project management
• Sound decision-making based on analysis and judgement
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to write reports based on qualitative and quantitative data.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Interest in learning and applying new concepts

About Relax Gaming
Preferred location for this role is Malmö, Sweden. The Relax Gaming Malmö office is perfectly located on Lilla torg, right in the middle of the beautiful old parts of Malmö. It's a five minute walk from the central station and all types of shopping and restaurants can be found right outside our doorstep.
We could also consider our Maltese office.
