We are looking for a people leader to head up our Product Team. You and your team drive our knowledge and insight generation journey. This means that you are not only a constant learner in your field of expertise but also dedicated to sharing the power of data driven decisions. Powered with data & insights, you will support our clients, both global and local organizations, in improving their digital talent communication.
WHO WE ARE
Potentialpark is a global market research company which equips employers with data-driven insights and strategic consultancy to improve the digital communication between employers and candidates. Our products are based on quantitative and qualitative studies, as well as UX testing. As Head of our Product team you will be engaged with all existing products as well as new ideas.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As Head of Product, you will work with a dynamic team of product managers, analysts and developers to plan and execute inspiring projects. You will develop and improve our products with a client-centric approach. You will report to our CEO and be part of the management team.
As Head of Product, you will:
Lead the Product team of product managers, research analysts and developers
Develop our existing products and knowledge and drive the exploration of new products in our field of expertise
Co-creating the new product strategy
Be a key stakeholder and leader in improving and developing proposals and products
Lead the development, strategy and execution of our whole research process; from data collection and analysis to delivery whilst ensuring the success of our digitalization journey
Be a crucial part of the definition of project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Coordinate resources, clients and vendors for the flawless execution of projects and products
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Drive the development and implementation of online questionnaires and the evaluation of companies' career channels and HR tools
Engage in data-analysis, report production and report-writing
Enhance our knowledge and share it with clients during client deliveries and conferences
Work closely with all other functions within our company to ensure alignment and excellence in everything we do
Be a thought leader and responsible for acquiring and developing knowledge within our field

Great at communicating effectively with and managing internal and external stakeholders
Great at identifying potential issues and proactively formulating solutions
Analytical and enjoy solving tasks and questions in a logical way
Curious about talent communication, employer branding and the talent acquisition field and will strive to become an expert
We expect you to have:
A completed academic degree (minimum bachelor's degree)
Proven work experience of 3-5 years in project management
Experience in the market research/consulting sector/knowledge/data analytics
Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken
Proven work experience of team management with direct reports
Experience with analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
Experience with client relationship management
Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
