We are offering an attractive business solution that has quickly attracted some of the most well known companies in Sweden as customers. The product is focused on helping businesses by solving common pain points, and there is a continuous focus to further develop the product and creating an outstanding product. We are now looking for a talented individual with exceptional skills in product development at scale to join as Head of Product. You should have an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong passion for creating international class customer experiences.
In the role you are expected to be part of setting the product strategy and roadmap. As Head of Product you are also comfortable driving product development at scale in a high pace environment with excellent and a growing number of team members. You should be used to be part of everything from product strategy, prioritizations and team management to creating a fun and high performing development environment. You will be responsible for a skilled team of developers with an expectation to double the size of the team in the next 6-9 month. As a tech company in its core this position will be seen as a key recruitment working close with the CEO, with a potential to be an important part of the team and offering at Mynt.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead a fast paced agile tech team
• Lead the product strategy and roadmap
• Drive a fast scaling of the tech organisation
• Be part of central tech decisions including third party strategies
• Establish roadmap, KPIs, SLAs for the tech organisation
• Represent Mynt at speaking events and webinars
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
• You have demonstrated experience of executing high performance product development, preferably in a high growth B2B Fintech startup
• Have a proven track record of fast tech team scaling
• Have experience from managing agile tech teams and acting in the role of Agile Coach
• Have experience from being a product owner and working with requirement analysis
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, committed to achieving your goals and willing to go the extra mile to reach best possible result
• You are customer centric, results focused and passionate about creating incredible experiences for customers
• Strong technical knowledge (although not necessary to code) of Java, React, Figma and other tech tools used in day-to-day execution of development
• Excellent ability to communicate strategies, thoughts and ideas
