hela Sverige Aeronautics is in a challenging journey in order to meet our customer expectations and deliver on our commitments. We need to have performance in our supplier contracts in order to deliver on Aeronautics business strategy and production strategy. The challenge ahead for sourcing is to work with contract management in the supply chain all the way from development phase, production and aftermarket.
We are now looking for a Head of sourcing for Aeronautics procurement
You will have a key role working with stakeholders in aeronautics. You will be part of the Leadership team for Procurement and report to VP and Head of Aeronautics procurement.
Your role
You will lead a team of ~5 managers and leaders with full responsibility for supplier contracts, and supplier performance.
You will interact and have a close cooperation to customer contracts and program managers with in all of aeronautics
You will manage and secure the contract management and execution and work closely with the supply team in order to secure performance and output in supply chain. You will handle a yearly spend of 6-7 billion sek and your product scope varies from categories for integrations to system integration technology and airframe and production services and supplies. Within sourcing there is also a responsibility for supplier performance.

You are expected to collaborate cross borders and work with colleagues and stakeholders within SAAB and Aeronautics and establish and maintain good relations.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
