Business Division Distribution & Sales (D&S) manages the downstream business for profitability. The division covers all customer close operations; Customer service, Heat, Distribution, Sales B2C, Sales B2B and Energy Related Service. To further improve our market positions as the Smart Energy Enabler in the evolving energy landscape, Vattenfall needs to be even more customer centric. To reflect this, Business Division Distribution & Sales proposed a new organisation with two sales and marketing entities, Business and Consumers, bringing all our offerings to our customers. This proposed organisation will consist of one product area, developing and managing own and partner solutions, as well as several operational units with deep expertise in specialised areas. It will have centralised staff functions, be governed as one single Profit/Loss for the entire Business Division (except Distribution and Energy Related Services, for un-bundling and market reasons) and use tailored KPI's for all units. Several decision forums will ensure a collaborative way of working.
Process Management is a team within Process and Demand that focuses on the quality of all processes in the BD Sales & Distribution. The department ensures that the processes support the general vision for Vattenfall and that all processes follow the selected strategies, meeting the demands and wishes of customers and/or stakeholder as efficiently as possible.
We are now looking for a Head of Process Unit Customer Service Sweden / sub-process manager. You will manage and develop a team of 8 persons.
Main tasks
• Support the Sub-process Owner of Customer Service Sweden in the efforts to:
• Define sub-process value creation, performance Indicators and input/output
• Perform key stakeholder analysis of sub-process performance
• Optimise sub-process performance by leading the process development
• Propose process improvements based on process performance analysis and interactions with operational units in the process
• Approve sub-process improvement proposals
• Initiate, plan and follow up sub-process improvements
• Prioritization of sub-process improvements based on impact on sub-process performance
• Monitor and report sub-process performance
• Manage demands on the sub-process, including IT demands related to the sub-process
• Provide expert support to operational units in sub-process matters
Qualifications
Vattenfall's leadership profile is based on the ability to be Clear, Visible and Courageous. We are looking for a communicative leader that is able to focus on both people and business with the ability to influence others. You have an academic degree and both educational and practical experience of analysing and developing processes. You have knowledge of change management as well as stakeholder management, preferably from international companies. Strong English skills are required since the position is part of an international management team. Dutch and German is meritorious.
