Why Seco?
At Seco, our ability to win is defined by how effectively we turn customer needs into delivered value - across planning, operations, support, and continuous improvement. To strengthen this capability, we're continuing to build how strategy, modern ways of working, and execution connect across the enterprise. Automation and AI play an increasingly important role in this journey by helping us simplify complexity, improve decision-making, and scale value creation across the business.
About the job
In this role, you shape how customer value comes to life across Seco-bringing clarity, alignment, and forward momentum to what matters most. You ensure that work translates into meaningful outcomes for customers, colleagues, and the business.
Working through collaboration and influence, you connect people, priorities, and perspectives across functions and geographies. You bring structure where it's needed, energy where it's missing, and direction where it's unclear-helping initiatives move forward with purpose and impact in a global context.
You report to the Vice President Enterprise Processes & Digital and are a valued member of the functional management team.
Job responsibilities
Drive improvements that strengthen end-to-end flow across Seco's value streams
Identify and address barriers that slow down execution, reduce clarity, or limit business impact
Support the development of ways of working that improve ownership, alignment, and flow efficiency
Contribute to an operating model where processes enable automation, digitalization, and AI adoption
Follow up on progress, outcomes, and improvement opportunities to support continuous development
Your new team
You work in close collaboration with Seco's End-to-End Process Owners, Process Leads, and functional leaders across the business. Together, you form a global network focused on improving how value is created and delivered - combining strategic intent with practical execution. You lead through virtual teams rather than through direct line management.
Location and flexibility
The location for this position is flexible within Europe, close to a Seco site. Possible locations include Sweden, UK, Italy, as well as locations in the Netherlands, Poland, France, and Germany. The position is set up as hybrid, allowing flexibility while supporting close collaboration across the organization.
Your profile
You bring senior experience from complex organizations and a strong ability to drive improvement through collaboration and influence. You focus on outcomes-ensuring that initiatives translate into real, measurable business value.
Your background also includes:
Experience leading enterprise-wide improvement, operating model, or transformation initiatives
Solid understanding of value streams in industrial or complex business environments
A pragmatic approach to digitalization, where automation and AI support measurable outcomes
Proven ability to influence through networks and align leaders across organizational silos
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, enabling trust, clarity, and alignment across senior leaders and teams
A balance of strategic perspective and hands-on problem solving
You 're comfortable taking ownership, building relationships, and influencing without formal authority. Curiosity, clarity, and a collaborative mindset help you succeed, and you enjoy working in environments where priorities evolve and dialogue is key.
