The Head of Preformance Marketing role is a dual role, focusing on executing effective lead and demand generation campaigns and activities, and on optimizing the technology stack to enhance lead generation and business growth. Success in this position hinges on the ability to execute campaigns effectively, leverage data analytics, and collaborate with various team members within the organization.
Summary of main tasks
• Execute campaigns and report data insights to relevant roles and help deliver on OKRs
• Develop and maintain high quality of data generated by the Martech-stack
• Develop and execute SEO plan
• Develop and maintain the marketing technology plan (including CRM, CMS, other automation services and marketing technology incl Analytics) and ensure alignment of Martech with the Fibbl platform
Collaboration is key, requiring strong partnerships with the Sales, CTO, Production, and Customer Success Management teams. Like all employees, an in-depth understanding of Fibbl business strategy, objectives (short and long term OKRs), and our Way of Working (WoW) is essential.
The core responsibility involves developing and execute the martech roadmap. This includes selecting the right technologies, integrating them with existing systems, organizing data structures, and enhancing data analysis and presentation techniques to run campaigns optimally.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• Five years of experience working with performance marketing & martech
• Campaign execution
• CRM (Hubspot)
• CMS (Wordpress / Hubspot)
• GA4, SEO and/or relevant technologies
• Experience with B2B / SaaS is a plus
• Experience in Ecommerce, retail or Fashion is a plus
