Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity in a very exciting domain. We are looking for a Head of Pre and Post Sales for Service Area Managed Services Networks (MSN). 5G, AI and Automation is transforming the way billions of people work, play and communicate. Consumer lifestyles are changing rapidly, with mobile devices using more data as they access more products and services. This is also changing the requirements for our Operators and how we work with them to shape the future of technology on their Managed Services. Ericsson Operations Engine is making great strides with our Customers. Do you want to take the opportunity to shape the future of technology with us at Ericsson?

Responsibilities:
* Overall responsible for Pre and post Sales Support towards the Market Areas (MA) for MSN.
* In close collaboration with Customers and Market Areas, drive the MSN strategy with KAM community to grow the business as well as post sales support.
* Work with MA's to identify new opportunities and build funnel
* Provide superior support to win Key Deals, through successful orchestration of across Service Area resources and engagement planning
* Ensure profitable growth by balancing topline and margin requirements
* Position Ericsson as thought and technology leader
* Develop the MSN sales community to sell future MS offerings
* Lead and focus securing deals to contribute to footprint & in strategic areas
* Provide technical sales support expertise
* Develop close technical cooperation by collaborative initiatives around technology development between customer and R&D

Key Qualifications:
* Education: M.SC, MBA or equivalent through experience
* Min years of experience: 12 years
* Deep understanding of Service Delivery process, models, and strategy
* Customer and market insight
* Proven ability to engage and interact with Customers at Executive Level
* Excellent Social and communication skills
* Financial acumen and skills
* Formulating strategies and concepts
* Adhering to principles and values
* Leading, supervising, and responding to change in a high pace environment.
* Solution oriented with a strong focus on results & outcomes.
* Strong ability and experience to drive change
* Leadership Competencies: Driving Innovation, Enabling People, Customer Excellence, Embracing Change, Master Strategy
* Cross cultural awareness and sensitivity for different business practices and customs.
