We are looking for an experienced Head of PR & Communications to take our external communication to the next level on a truly global arena.
As our Head of PR & Communications, you will lead all PR initiatives and cooperate with a small marketing team around our internal and external communication for SeenThis globally. To succeed in this role, you will need to balance critical thinking with hands-on implementation, while leading proactive and reactive communications from planning to execution. Ideally, you can combine senior editorial experience with an in-depth understanding of working with senior management in a global organization.
We need someone who knows how to build and maintain strong relations with key media, in order to achieve our communication objectives and generate accurate and positive coverage, and share our story. If you already have similar experience from an international scale up - great! Because your main goal will be to develop an integrated PR & communications strategy while driving the company's consumer, corporate and media relations activities to reinforce SeenThis' position worldwide, and to always find that next step forward.

About the Role
Your main goal is to develop and drive our communications strategy by amplifying our story through media in all markets. We want you to create informative and engaging content to grasp key media opportunities to help SeenThis break through the noise and secure earned media coverage together with your strong media relations. You will define our corporate initiatives, and share news around tech, product and company-wide announcements.
In this role you will collaborate with our external agency partners and make sure they are aligned with our strategy and communication documents. Furthermore, you will act as an excellent consultant to SeenThis general managers and create a unified communications strategy across the global offices.
Requirements
We believe that you are an outgoing and social person, who easily handles different types of personalities. You are a reliable doer who wants to make your own editorial decisions and is used to working in a structured way - from idea to execution and follow up. You enjoy working operationally together with your team, but you also have the ability to look up and plan for the long term.
• 4+ years' experience in communications, media relations and public affairs
• On-the-record media experience and established history of building and fostering media relationships with relevant press and/or national business and tech publishers
• Ability to operate at a strategic, tactical and operational level
• Compelling, authentic and persuasive communications style, with excellent written and verbal communication skills under pressure
• Fluency in English

• Fluency in other languages in addition to English
• Knowledgeable within the tech industry
