ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Manager Portfolio Nordics you will have the overall responsibility for our strategy when it comes to our brands on the 5 Nordic markets. You will be responsible to support in pricing, position, products and optimizing the portfolio. You will make sure that we have the right product in place in the right market and ensure our position on the market. As a part of managing our most valuable brands, you will also support the bridge over to our new, smokefree products. You will work closely with our Sales department and supply chain department and report directly to our Director Marketing Nordics.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the portfolio in our 5 Nordic markets
• Develop a long term strategy for each brand in each market
• Possess a deep understanding of the category, consumers, products and markets
• Build strategies and action plans based on insights, data, consumer switching patterns, competitive landscape, legal framework and regulatory changes, etc
• Identify and map commercial opportunities, build programmes around these and ensure successful implementation
• Localize global campaigns and initiatives for local needs
• Lead Nordic and national projects individually and together with the team
• Keep the team highly motivated and lead them to success
As a Manager Portfolio you will lead a team of 6 person with various background and experience.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 8 years of marketing background, preferably within FMCG
• Experience in leading teams
• An education within Business, Marketing or other relevant areas
• Proficient in spoken and written English, knowledge in Swedish or Danish is a plus
• Comfortable with working and influencing different cultures and different geographies
• Strong commercial acumen and project management skills
• An engaged & dynamic leader with a proven ability to encourage and motivate teams and individuals to deliver excellent results
