Nordregio - Nordic Centre for Spatial Development conducts strategic research in the broad field of regional studies. We are active in research, innovation and dissemination, and provide policy relevant knowledge with a Nordic, European and Arctic perspective. Our main clients are policymakers and professionals at governments and regional authorities in the Nordic countries, the European Union, private and public organisations. Nordregio has a multi-disciplinary and international staff, and is located on Skeppsholmen, an island in the heart of Stockholm, Sweden. The institute was established in 1997 by the Nordic Council of Ministers, and is built on nearly 50 years of Nordic collaboration.

Dina arbetsuppgifter
Nordregio is currently seeking to expand its management team with a new position focused on external communications, policy implementation and outreach.

Utbildning och erfarenhet
A successful applicant will have relevant educational background and extensive experience in the following fields:
• Policy implementation, including experience in providing politicians and policy-makers with research-based, policy-relevant knowledge
• External communication, including popular scientific writing, the organisation of seminars, workshops and conferences, and contact with media
