hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos YourCo Media AB i Stockholm We are seeking to fill the senior role of Head of Podcast Production. This position is designed to develop strategies towards the success of our long-term goals of story creation.
As Head of Podcast Production, you should have in-depth marketing experience and passion for digital technologies. You will work closely with our existing team to ensure consistency through all digital marketing channels. You should also provide forward-thinking ideas to continuously innovate to develop existing podcasts and pitch new ideas of new customers.
Ultimately, you should drive our podcast and video platform efforts to achieve our future business objectives.
Responsibilities
Build our podcast creation, development and marketing roadmap.
Manage associated digital marketing channels (e.g. website, newsletters, blog, emails and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
Podcast and video content creation. Both behind and in front of the camera, as well as within the post edit team.
Leading our advances into the health and wellness industry.
Measure ROI and KPIs, and prepare department budget.
Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
Oversee our social media accounts.
Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment.
Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies.
Motivate digital marketing team to achieve goals.
Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out.
Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments.
Requirements
English as a first language.
Experience in North America and European markets.
2+ years experience hosting, producing and marketing podcasts.
4+ years experience in video production, editing and marketing.
2+ years team management.
Experience with web design, social media content creation, and live streaming events.
Proven work experience within digital marketing, both as a business owner and as an employee.
Proven management of private channels, and employers. Growth must be shown.
Ability to research, write, publish and market written content.
Excellent customer relations skills. Working one-on-one, face-to-face with new and existing clients.
Sales skills in multiple sectors.
Ability to cultivate ideas, stories, and visions from customer requirements.
Education and experience of nutrition, health and lifestyle management. Qualifications necessary. Minimum 3 year program.
Familiarity with high end podcast and camera equipment, plus 5+ years experience with editing software.
Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software.
Excellent analytical and project management skills
Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.
Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
