To meet the growing demand for battery electric heavy-duty vehicles and machines, the Volvo Group has initiated the process to establish a large-scale production plant for battery cells in Sweden.

Your main tasks
Develop and manage the program/projects plans, including timelines, task assignments, budget management and resource allocation for the program scope together with the relevant functions.
Develop and maintain the required incremental planning structure within the program.
Support, monitor and track program/projects progress, risks and key metrics and generating reports for stakeholders.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among program/projects stakeholders.
Coordinate and drive program meetings and related workshops
Contribute to lessons learned exercises and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging project management trends.
Your profile
You have a deep interest in sustainability and green industry
You are courageous to try, fail and try again
You work with others and collaboration and sharing relevant information are your way of solving problems cross functionally.
Experience from large programs/projects where production has been scaled up fast
Understanding of the process steps involved in cell manufacturing is an advantage
You have a University Degree B.Sc. / B.Eng. or similar)
Very good English, additional languages are highly valued
