In the role as Head of Plant & Flow you will be the key person that ensures that our plant in Skövde has the right ambitions when it comes to overall plant layout, maintain our best-in-class facilities, and create the best product flow from supplier to end customer.

Your role at Aurobay
As a Head of Plant & Flow you will:
• Drive overall change management, launch, operational development and main KPIs.
• Material and Production planning
• External logistics from suppliers and to customers
• Warehouse and Packaging management
• Coordinate Plant layout together with Manufacturing Engineering and Shop Managers
• Manage our Facilities and Sustainability ambitions.
• Key person in external contacts
