We are now looking for a Head of Planning to join us in our journey to establish ZEEKR in Europe.
This is what you will do most of the time:
Starting from the strategic blueprint developed and owned by the Strategy team, define vehicle planning for long and mid/short-term phases, getting approval from senior management.
• Short term: Lead the go-to-market strategy by defining and implementing the grade strategy
• Mid-term: Lead the product definition by proposing and deciding features, grades, performance, and advanced specs. Coordinate with the digital team the rollout of the connected capabilities (cockpit and connected car)
• Long-term: Lead the creation of new model concepts (body type, performance, design, package, etc.)
• Coordinate and lead the launch management process and activities across functions (marketing, sales, digital, etc.)
You have probably done something like this:
• Educational background in Engineering or Business
• Proven experience in various positions within product planning like carline, cross carline, pricing and sales planning
• Proven experience within the automotive industry (traditional OEM).
• Experience within mobility, connected, consultancy, marketing positions.
• Documented and successful managerial experience leading mid-size team (direct reporting) with the ability to influence senior management decisions
