Performance manager with considerable drive and leadership who can develop and transform our network performance function to make true business impact.

Youbecome a part of:
Network Operations Management team within the Network division, who is responsible for monitoring and maintaining all products and services active for our customers. Network Operation’s main goal is to safeguard our customers’ services and to improve our service quality to exceed the market standards for customer satisfaction.

You will be accountable for: 
As Head of Performance Management you will be accountable for the overall network quality processes; i.e. to coordinate, analyze, and define network statistics, key performance indicators and performance measurements, cross-functionally across all engineering teams and our partners. This also naturally includes reporting of network performance to executive management and stakeholders.

Your daily work typically covers the following activities:

• Coordinate, analyze, and define network statistics, KPIs and performance measurements and actively questioning of deviant network performance
• Pro-actively assure upgrade plans exists to handle the capacity increase, predicted by KPIs trends, as well as present any deviations on performance to the system owners
• Evaluate that KPIs are fulfilled and generate performance reports and distribute to stakeholders
• Initiate task force trouble shooting based on deviating performance trends
• Exchange performance management information and data with external partners
• Collect trends and performance issues based on customer data
• Create technical specifications for performance management tools and correlation databases used for data mining

Your competence:

• A MSc degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree
• Proven experience for working with technical quality and network/system performance within telecom or datacom
• 3 years leadership experience from, either as line manager or senior project manager and good ability to work cross functionally and project based
• Fluent in English language, both written and spoken
