Come join us! We're on a mission to reduce CO2 from buildings and now we need more talents on our team!

At Metry our culture shapes who we are and how we operate: We help, we care and we share. We are a talented and ambitious team on an important mission. We work hard when we work , and have serious fun when we have fun .

Now we are looking for a Head of People & Culture that can help us grow and develop our culture! You will be part of an exciting journey and have one of the best professionals in HR as your personal coach to boost your career!

Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for recruiting, supporting and developing talent, and heavily influence everything from the recruitment process (we use Teamtailor (https://www.teamtailor.com/en/)) and performance management, to vision and strategy.

You will work closely with all teams and managers across our growing organization and report directly to the CEO. You will assess, coach and influence the business as well as the organisation as we scale to enable our teams to accomplish amazing things!

Some of your Tasks
• Vision and Strategy: Work collaboratively with the management team and our teams to set and execute on the long-term vision for key people operation functions, consistently improving effectiveness and helping us achieve our overall business goals; drive future organizational design and change management initiatives to help maintain a high-performing, motivated, and impactful team.

• Professional Development: Promote a learning environment where we lead & empower each other, maximize our potential and drive employee retention.

• Recruiting: Make sure we have the best resources on our team. This means you'll own the recruiting function and work with our team and consultants to identify, recruit, and onboard the best talents for Metry.

• Data and Compliance: Improve the collection and use of people-related data to aid in better decision making; develop key metrics to measure employee happiness, performance, engagement and retention; ensure compliance with all equal employment opportunity laws, employment, benefits, payroll and wage-hour laws.

• Values and Culture: Help design and promote our company values and ensure that all decisions, programs, and processes are aligned with our core values (https://brandguide.metry.io/#corevalues). Help us to scale the organization quickly while maintaining our amazing, empowering culture.

• Performance Management, Rewards and Recognition: enhance our company-wide performance management program to help us identify high performers, promote and reward excellence, and drive continuous, transparent feedback across all disciplines.

• Compensation and Benefits: Analyze existing compensation packages and plan future comp across all functions; benchmark our current benefits package, and strategize for additional benefits to support our strategic goals as we scale.

We're looking for...
We think you are a builder and enabler and someone who can come in with a willingness and an ability to build our HR Operations from the ground up. You're a doer and love the combination of hands-on-work and strategy.

You have a true passion for people & culture and a business mindset with a deep interest and financial understanding of how this role is connected to a profitable and sustainable business.

We offer lots of responsibility and an opportunity to grow with Metry. We value potential more than experience, and that's why you will have one of the best HR professionals as your personal coach to boost your career development with the strategic perspective on People & Culture.

Requirements
• A University degree in HR (or equivalent)
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Proven Work experience as People & Culture manager/administrator or coordinator
• Fluent in Swedish and English

What we can offer you
You will be part of an exciting journey, get one of the best HR professionals as your personal coach and be part of our stock options program.

We work in a really cool office (https://www.instagram.com/metry.io/?hl=en) 7 minutes from the central station and have Fantastic Friday every Friday after lunch. Here, idea-filled, solution-oriented and excited people meet and discuss various insights and suggestions for improvement. We are an ambitious team motivated by development!

We hope that you also want to be part of a tremendous growth journey, both for us as a company and for you personally, where our scalable technology has a positive impact on the environment and a more sustainable society.
