WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Together we will build our future payroll team. Your position is Head of Payroll and you have three enthusiastic and hardworking people in your team. You report to VP Human Resources, also located in Stockholm. Currently, we are handling 350 salaries in 17 different countries, including Sweden, and we have a local outsourcing partner in each country.
Our company is growing rapidly, by end of 2016 we're estimating that we are 700 employees in 20 countries, and in your roll you will build, lead and develop the payroll function. You need to be both be strategic and build for future growth but also very hands on. We handle a lot of transactions manually and your assignment is to transform the payroll function to more automated and efficient processes. Part of that will be finding and implementing a time off system and an HR system. Furthermore your role will create processes for salary revisions as well as making analyses of pensions (Sweden only). Together with the rest of the HR team you will shape a strong and functional Payroll department for the future.
WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU
We are searching for a person with the right attitude and motivation for change and improvement. You have knowledge of both how to work with salaries in general and doing salaries in international companies, either in-house or from an outsourcing agency. You have worked with analysing different salary- and HR systems and have been part of implementing them. We believe you have been involved in several salary projects, such as changing and implementing new salary systems, rebuilding salary departments etc.
You are a driven project leader and a people's person. We're looking for a leader with strong engagement and heart. You are determined and goal-oriented as well as service minded. You will work with our regional offices around the world as well as our extended partners and suppliers. You are analytical and have the capacity to build efficient processes.
You are fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English. You also have excellent knowledge of salary systems and Excel.
