We are now looking for a Head for the Centre of Excellence within the Payment & Cash Management Product Management domain. This is an exciting opportunity for you to contribute to establish a Nordic support function and to lead a Nordic team of Payments & CM experts to secure reliable and compliant product delivery across the Nordics within the interesting and changing landscape.
About this opportunity
Welcome to Product Management in Transaction Banking. We add value by enabling seamless everyday payments for our customers by developing and delivering competitive and relevant Payments & CM service offering to our customers. As the Head of Payments & CM Centre of Excellence, you will play a vital role in securing in depth Payments & CM knowledge support to our Nordic organization, take part in designing the ways of working going forward and to drive and secure our strategic ambitions are met.
What you'll be doing:
* Have the full responsibility of the strategy execution governance.
* Take responsibility and ensure a structured deployment of strategy execution within the domain.
* Ensure and drive the alignment towards internal stakeholders and lean portfolio managers.
* Own the responsibility of ensuring our compliance with internal governance.
* Work with suppliers, industry organizations and schemes to identify & standardize solutions to various complex problems through your team.
* Engage in a tight collaboration and sparring, with both sponsors and the management team of the domain.
* Leading a highly professional Nordic team consisting of 16 employees.
You will be joining the management team of Payments & CM within the Transaction Banking Product Management. The role can be based in Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen, or Oslo.

* Have a good understanding of the Nordic and global payment industry and the SAFe Agile framework.
* Possess the understanding and the capability to comply with a product management framework.

* Have strong communication and networking skills, and are capable to be driving collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Are open-minded and flexible to take part of the ad-hoc activities within the domain.
Your experience and background:
* We expect you to have extensive experience within the Nordic and global payment industry.
* From your previous positions we expect you to have proven leadership skills and excellent capabilities in leading product development in an SAFe Agile set-up.
* You have strong execution skills and experience working in a highly regulated business area.
* You will contribute with in-depth understanding of SAFe Agile and a proven track record from working in a SAFe Agile product development set-up - preferrable having certificates in Leading SAFe according to Lean Portfolio Management.
* You are dependable, willing to speak up - even when it is difficult - and committed to empowering others.
* You have a relevant academic degree and professional skills in English and one of the Nordic languages, both spoken and written.
