We are looking for a Head of Solution Partners to further grow our Solution Partner network and to find mutual success with our partners. You will lead and expand our senior solution partner team to unlock the potential of a vibrant partner ecosystem.

What you will do
Funnel launched a partner program for solution partners in mid-2021, to help deliver added value and scale up the sales and success motion. Having almost exclusively operated in a direct model before, this is a big step towards diversifying revenue channels and even better serving our customers. There is now a European solution partner team in place, with hiring underway for a North American team, and we see a need for a leader that can realize the full potential of these teams.

As Head of Solution Partners, you will lead the solution partner teams in Stockholm and Boston to further expand our partner network, grow the partner contributed revenue, and support partners to give customers a fantastic experience.

As a Head of Solution Partners, you will be responsible for these areas:

• Realize the company strategy of a thriving partner community, with solution partners delivering a sizeable portion of new business revenue

• Lead and support the solution partner team to successfully meet sales targets while growing both professionally and personally

• Coach the team both as a group and individually, giving development opportunities both to senior and junior team members

• Lead the way in educating and motivating the sales and success teams at Funnel to optimize sales execution through the partner channel

• Evolve the partner program over time, based on insights and data about partners, their performance and their satisfaction

• Improve the partner experience along with the customer experience for partner managed customers

What you have done
Required experience:

• 8+ years of experience from a partnership role, at least 4 of those in SaaS
• Experience from developing and leading the execution of Partner growth programs and strategic go-to market initiatives
• Leadership experience, including growing and coaching a team
• Informal leadership experience is highly meritting (if we keep the 2nd bullet point, this will have been part of their job)
• Experience from working with partners across Europe and/or North America
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

It is a plus if you also have:

• Experience from the marketing/sales software industry, e.g. digital marketing software, digital experience software, CRM software, or similar
