hela Sverige We are hiring a Head of Paid Search. Are you an expert within CPC, PLA, attribution and optimization for sales and profits? Dustin is a one-stop-shop that offers approximately 200,000 products with associated services, functions and solutions. The operation is conducted in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. The company has more than 900 employees. About 90 per cent of Dustin’s income derives from the corporate market with a focus on small and medium sized companies.
The Team
You will become part of a dedicated online marketing team and part of an online sales team of more than 100 energetic professionals. We strive to improve every day and we win as a team. The Job
As Head of Paid Search you will have the budget responsibility for our paid traffic from SEM such as AdWords as well as Price Comparison sites. You will also be motivating and mentoring Channel Specialists reporting to this role. The role includes delivery, forecasting, quality assurance, analysis reporting and KPI achievement as well as daily PPC campaign monitoring including feed management, test and optimization. You will be a main stakeholder in our co-operation with partners such as Google. Based on your deep insight into search trends and business opportunities within your area you will also be a main stakeholder in driving our total online performance operations and development. You are a success as you ensure that we use the most competitive search strategies and tools at any given time. You will work mainly within our online marketing team, hands-on with our channel specialists and our PPC campaigns on a daily level, but also across functions such as Sales, Product, Pricing and IT on many levels.
This role will work from our offices in Stockholm or Denmark.
You
To succeed in this role you should have a solid experience within SEM, online marketing and e-commerce. You should have deep understanding of Google Analytics and Bid Management systems, i.e. Kenshoo or Marin, as well as strong analytical and Excel skills. You have experience with management of enterprise-level AdWords accounts and large budgets within e-commerce/retail as well as understanding of the differences between B2B and B2C markets. It’s a plus, but not mandatory, if you have experience with other platforms such as Facebook Ads and display advertising. You have experience with feed-based campaigns for Google Shopping. Experience with feed management solutions, i.e. Lengow, is also a plus.
You can deliver consistent reporting and analysis of high quality and you understand that you need to share your knowledge and be open to feedback for the company to benefit the most from your knowledge and work. You work in a self-driven and proactive manner and you are result-oriented and focused on delivering according to the KPIs for your channels. You take pride in your work and you make decisions based on a firm understanding of business strategy and needs as well as e-commerce targets.
