Husqvarna is now looking for a Head of Order Management to our Global Planning & Inventory Management Team. If you have experience within Order Management and Customer Service (B2B), are used to managing customers and stakeholders on different levels, have an analytical mindset and inner drive for constant improvements - then continue reading as this might be the perfect opportunity for you!
As the Head of Order Management, you will play a key role in the customer experience of our distributors and internal sales companies with help of Team of 19 professionals. You will make sure customers are happy through securing our service level and delivery quality as well as being the natural counterpart in customer logistics development projects.
In this position you will be responsible for all activities related to order lifecycle - from order creation to outbound deliveries booking, documentation processing, export customs clearance and claims management. Physical flow of goods is currently executed by our 3PL., so a vital part of your job will be to follow up and manage the cooperation with this logistics provider.
Scope of the Role
Lead and coach a Team of 19 Professionals
Manage Order processing for our distributors and internal sales companies
Lead the cooperation with our 3PL
Drive automatization, process development and service excellence projects
Take part in the budgeting process
About you
To succeed in this role we expect you have:
Previous experience in leading a CS team with knowledge in manufacturing in a multi-site environment
Experience in handling complaints from customers and solving complex client situations
Experience in cooperation with 3PLs
Experience in MRP system (preferably REX)
Trackreckord in improvement and order processing automatization projects
Meritorious is Hands-on experience in International Trade as well as customs clearance.
As a person you are a team-oriented individual with a positive 'can-do' attitude. Your analytical thinking and strong interpersonal communication skills are apparent. You actively motivate, support, and guide your team to success. Proficiency in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, is essential.
Location Huskvarna, we offer a hybrid working model with a requirement for presence at least two days per week.
