hela Sverige As the Head of Operations, you are responsible for all business travel-related operations in the Nordics, supported by the Operations manager and Operations leads. You are included in the Nordics leadership team while collaborating closely with the Global operations Director and other Operations leadership teams across countries.
Key responsibilities
[Leading people]
Monitor staff performance of the entire team, with a view providing direction, training, coaching and motivation to deliver agreed targets
Deliver on Budget and Forecast and hold responsibility for internal revenue
To coach and support the Operations Manager (and their team leads where necessary), motivating and directing them to ensure they are fully equipped to deliver exceptional service to our clients in all areas

To forecast staffing resource for BT Operations Sweden for the coming Financial year based on the Sales Pipeline, up and coming client RFPs and expediential growth of existing clients (aligned with budget) in close collaboration with Director Sales & Customer Success
Pro-actively build meaningful and long-lasting relationships both internally and externally
[Clients liaison]
Work in collaboration with the Client Success/ Sales team to build and maintain client relationships
Initiate and oversee relationship for medium sized and key clients
Highlight changes in travel trends and provide feedback on opportunities/risks via client's travel pattern
To assist Sales & Account Managers by providing operational expertise for new business presentations and assist in the introduction of new accounts
Qualifications
Experienced Operations leader within the travel industry
Confident, vibrant and passionate about business travel service and solutions
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (written/ verbal) as well as advanced Swedish skills
Willingness to travel (domestically as well as within Europe) on a regular basis
Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant area, preferred
Good knowledge of various travel systems such as Amadeus, Umbrella, Cytric
