Kavall is currently in the process of a hyper expansion. We have the ambition to open-up our grocery warehouses in various locations throughout Sweden. We are currently looking for a Head of Operations to have a massive impact on the productivity and logistic processes of our growing company. Responsibilities:
Be responsible for the operations in Sweden, with help from our Districts Managers and Store Managers.
Support and guide District managers with an overall Supervisor role for all operational processes.
Have an overview of the operation process in the different districts.
Monitor and analyse daily drift processes to ensure and maintain strong grocery delivery services.
Aim to optimise the operation processes based on feedback and observations.
Cooperate with different departments in the company to implement new proposed projects.
Aim to develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers and employees.
Requirements:
• 2 years of previous experience with leading a larger department in an organisation, preferably within retail.
Relevant bachelor degree.
Good communication skills in Swedish and English (nordic languages are also a big plus!)
A natural entrepreneur mindset with fresh and innovative ideas!
Great analytical and cooperation skills.
Finds it refreshing to work within operations and the strategic aspect of operations.
Not afraid to be involved in the operations in our darkstores to develop a deep understanding of the overall operations.
Able to work in a fast-pacing environment where processes develop over time.
A great pedological leadership style, to include, support and coach all employees within our operation department.
Great organization and structuring skills - there will be many processes, projects and teams to manage at the same time.
