We are looking for a communicative Head of Operational and Process Development and this is your chance to become part of one of Sweden's largest industrial projects!
Your role
As Head of Operational and Process Development, you will work with Process, Methods and Tools in production and develop, implement and train the organization. You will be part of our production management team and also be a member of and participate in the cross-functional teamwork in these subjects within the company. You will be the first one in this particular role and will thereby be important in shaping the role - you will be our front-line person within your expertise. The contact areas are plenty and you will collaborate with colleagues all over the company on various levels.
Main tasks include:
* Develop processes, methods and tools in production
* Develop and maintain the management system for production
* Train and develop the organization in tools and methods for example lean
Your profile
We are looking for a person with experience and knowhow from management and production systems in practice. To enjoy and be successful in this role, we believe you are strong in change management have the ability to find solutions and last but not least - be good at networking and communication on all levels.
Required skills:
* Leadership experience preferably from production
* Knowledge and experience in Lean and Six Sigma
* Knowledge in management systems
* Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
Desired skills:
* Experience from implementation of new management systems
* Experience from leading training in lean for example Kaizen events
* Experience from change management tools in driving development of production processes
* Knowledge in the different ISO systems (Quality, Environment, Work Environment)
This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
