About the Role
We are seeking a courageous and curious leader to join our international communications team. In this pivotal role, you will:
* Lead and inspire a talented team, fostering creativity, engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement.
* Develop and execute strategic communication initiatives that bring our new TTI organization strategies to life.
* Craft compelling stories and visuals that make complex ideas accessible and engaging for all stakeholders.
* Champion innovative communication methods, embracing new technologies and trends.
* Balance strategic vision with hands-on operational excellence in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Who You Are
* A master storyteller with a flair for both written and visual communication.
* A strategic thinker who understands the power of communication as a tool for organizational success and employee engagement.
* An empathetic leader who values collaboration, inclusivity, and the ability to see things from others' perspectives.
* Proactive, independent, and unafraid to try new approaches.
* Experienced in managing change and supporting teams through transformation.
Your Qualifications
* University or college degree in a relevant field.
* Minimum 10 years' experience in a communications role, ideally with leadership responsibilities.
* Fluent in digital communication tools and outstanding command of spoken and written English.
* Skilled in project management, prioritization, and people leadership.
* Experience in video production and editing is a plus.
* Positive, inclusive mindset with a strong desire to contribute to our ongoing transformation.
