& Other Stories is a fashion brand offering women a wide range of shoes, bags, accessories, beauty and ready-to-wear to create their personal style, or story. Our creative ateliers in Paris, Stockholm and Los Angeles design diversified fashion collections with great attention to detail and quality. For us there's no right or wrong when it comes to style, just possibilities and the joy of self-expression. We currently have 77 stores on 24 markets and offer online selling on 33 markets through Stories.com and external partners. And we are growing!
Job Description
As Head of OMNI Sales Controlling & Operations you lead and manage the short- and long term sustainable sales, customer and profit growth for all the sales channels (retail, online, franchise & wholesale) at & Other stories, by securing the best customer experience in all our online and offline stores. You will together with the global omni sales team and local teams strive to increase profitable selling and a strong execution of commercial plan in all our touchpoints and channels.
You will lead a team of 2 business controllers in the global sales team and informally guiding controllers in the markets.
Additionally, your main responsibilities will be:
To drive customer acquisition and secure future growth.
Responsible for budget, planning and forecasting of sales & profit.
Responsible for securing excellent store and site operations, resources, and best practices that effect the customer experience in our online and offline stores.
Flexible and agile, to be able to secure the strategies you set until execution. Your mindset is to always search for new business opportunities and develop and drive changes. You set the way of working and secure the method, tools and analysis, dashboards within sales & operations controlling.
Talent development and succession planning of controllers
To act a partner towards the global omni sales manager and drives collaboration amongst all stakeholders within the sales team and other related departments such as Marketing, Expansion, Assortment and Merchandising, in and outside our brand.

Qualifications
We would love to meet someone who has:
3+ years of experience from business controlling within the retail business, OMNI experience is highly meritorious
Experience from working in a sales market and/or portfolio brands
Previous informal or formal leadership experience
Previous experience from merchandising is a plus
Strong analytical skills and a proven track record of creating results
Has a holistic mindset and keeps focus on the bigger picture
Is strong is setting way of working and driving change through the organization
Great communication skills, and knows how to communicate in a clear and inspiring way
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.

This is a permanent position based in Stockholm and you will report to Brand Controller.
