Job Description
With a focus on strategy and process efficiency we are now looking for a Head of Offshore Delivery to strengthen our future and growing demands regarding capacity for offshore and nearshore deliveries for our clients. You will report directly to our Head of Group Strategy and Sustainability.
The position is on site in Solna, Sweden. Full-time employment.
Your key responsibilities include:
• Develop AFRY's offshore and nearshore delivery capabilities.
• Work with our divisions to establish the demand for offshore and nearshore resources.
• Develop tools, processes, quality controls etc for the offshore delivery.
• Establish the forecasting and planning processes for offshore and nearshore capacity.
• Plan for expansion of the offshore and nearshore delivery network.
• The offshore and nearshore resources are organized in the divisions, with the Head of Offshore Delivery managing the centers across divisions.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the skills we are looking for are:
• We work nationally and internationally- the role requires that you have good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
• Education: Master of Science, or equivalent.
• Senior experience in offshore and nearshore delivery, preferably from engineering and design services, or as a second priority the software development industry.
• Strong skills in development of processes and procedures for offshore delivery.
• Management skills to drive change, dialogues and processes together with senior leaders in a line organization.
