Head of Ocean Operations Center

Main responsibilities in this role are:
• Lead the Ocean Operations Center in Stockholm and Local Trade Operations offices in delivering the Ocean Operations strategy objectives.
• Drive the planning and execution of Ocean activities
• Key contributor in the development of Ocean Operations strategies and processes
• Make tactical decisions to optimize existing network
• Manage and ensure Ocean Operations processes are followed
• Deliver financial results, operational targets and manages customer expectations
• Ensure corrective actions are initiated and implemented.

Requirements:
• Deep knowledge of the drivers that influence results in ocean transportation and what drives customer satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of process management and ability to separate difference between process and execution/line management.
• Possess strong leadership and collaboration skills and work at all levels throughout the organization.
• Must have ability to interpret and handle complex multiple objectives, initiatives, projects and tasks simultaneously.
