Mediq is looking for an analytical and proactive Head of Nordic Demand Management with flair for and interest in developing our Demand Management and S&OP processes in close cooperation with our Group Demand Management, Nordic team of Demand Managers, and our centralized Supply Planning team. You will be part of our Nordic Supply Chain organization.
We are currently working - cross Europe - to move our current S&OP and demand processes to the next level. Your will be a key player in driving, developing, and implementing this project. In this role you will be overall responsible for a reliable demand plan for Nordics - considering timely deliveries as well as healthy stocks.
As Head of Nordic Demand Management your main tasks will be:
Overall ownership of the Demand Management Process in the Nordics including ensuring proper and timely transfer of local demands to centralized Supply Planning team.
Lead team of local Demand Managers.
Functional leadership of centralized Supply Planning team.
Overall responsible for the S&OP meetings, structure, and results.
Act as Nordic Escalation point for local S&OP issues, including stock heath and customer experience.
Act as Nordic Liaison Officer towards our centralized Supply Planning team, i.e., escalation of Nordic challenges, improve communication channels and common ways of working, assist local organization.
Monitor and drive improvement to secure Service level and Stock Health.
Responsible for implementing S&OP tools within the Nordics
Leadership, stakeholder management, analytical skills and flair for numbers are part of your DNA - besides that we expect you have most of these qualifications:
3-5 years' experience with Demand Management and S&OP
Experience in working with large amounts of data
You have an analytical approach to breaking down complex issues
Excellent communication skills
Excellent Excel skills
Advanced skills in English, knowledge of one Scandinavian language is an advantage
