hela Sverige With Polestar's new model launches and expansion into new markets we are seeking to strengthen the Global team with key appointments. Working within Polestar HQ in Gothenburg, the primary purpose of this function is to develop our global network development strategy and manage our franchise partner relationships.
You will report to Head of Global Sales and work closely with the global sales team and other departments such as Retail, Brand, Marketing and Business strategy.
What you do
• Lead the Polestar global Network Operations function, working in close partnership with the markets to deploy the global strategy
• Develop the Polestar Global Representation Strategy, ensuring it delivers on customer and investor expectations
• Manage relationships with franchise investors, working closely with the market teams
• Work closely with the Retail Facilities team to implement the Retail Spaces in agreed strategic locations and in the approved brand format
• Manage Global franchise partner selection, approval and appointment
• Develop and manage Global Franchise Standards and Operator Agreements
• Manage ongoing network steering, including business planning, performance monitoring etc.
