The Head of Network Deployment Offering Evolution, in Strategy and Portfolio Management will be responsible for the following key priorities:
E2E responsibility of Network Deployment portfolio & P/L
Develop the Network Deployment short term evolution
Competence readiness plan in SAN and MAs
Responsibilities:
Plan next 3Y Portfolio with solution Bus. Model
Drive the Service evolution (package to MAs)
Value Argumentations, Techno-Commercial tactics
Ensure Business Readiness and Techno-Commercial standard proposals for CUs
Manage Competence Readiness
Identify improvements to lower working capital contribution including lead-time improvements
Support management and communication of marketing material
Support knowledge sharing in BA, towards PAN, towards MAs
We are looking for someone with:
Passion for driving and delivering impactful changes within Ericsson
Fast in moving from ideas to execution, able to remove barrier and make things easier
Excellent in "inspiring customers" and brilliant in his/her communication skillset
Excellent in transforming ideas in practical and effective documentations
Excellent financial skills and knowledge of Services with focus on Network Deployment
Strong negotiation experience - either as a customer or a supplier; commercial acumen is a must.
Extensive leadership experience; working at a senior level within a large and complex organization; with exceptional communication skills
Confident, results driven
Strong influencing and decision-making skills
Experience with strategy and marketing activities
Proven leadership behaviors, with a strong track record of motivating and developing talent
Ability to work cross functionally across organizational boundaries, to drive outcomes in the best interest of Ericsson
Ability to work across multiple geographies / cultures and multiple time zones
Must be comfortable working autonomously, driving the team to superior results
Experience in the IT or Telecommunications industry
The Head of Network Deployment Offering Evolution will manage a team of approx. 10 resources
The location for the position is Kista
