As Head of Mechanics Procurement you are responsible for sourcing of Systems to all business units within Surveillance. You and your team play a central role in contributing to SAAB Surveillance growth targets by securing delivery capability at the right cost in our supply chain.
You strive for high service level towards internal stakeholders, always with high set of standards and business orientation. You lead by example and is a role model in business acumen, encouraging your team by high level of engagement and communication skills. You build business relationships on executive level with our suppliers and establish professional networks.
Your profile
You have several years of experience from managerial positions within Sourcing or Supply Chain on senior strategic level. You are a communicative leader, curious to learn and develop and leads by enthusiasm and interpersonal skills both within your own organization but also towards stakeholders within Saab and externally.
You have the ability to find solutions to strategic challenges and is able to lead an organization towards common goals.
You have a bachelor degree in Business Management, Economics or Engineering. You are fluent in English and Swedish.
The role includes travelling to both Saab sites as well as suppliers on a regular basis.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
