The position is based within the E-commerce department at Acne Studios headquarter in Stockholm. As a part of the E-commerce team you will lead the planning, execution and development of our online marketplaces with the main objective to optimize the online sales in the long term. This role will impact our growth strategy on all marketplaces, working at both the strategic level and at the tactical level, researching new opportunities, analyzing data, solving problems and growing revenue through each marketplace.You will build relationships and collaborate closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Buying, Retail and Production.The work environment at Acne Studios is fast-paced and energetic; no day is ever the same. This position will require the ability to work under high pressure and meeting tight deadlines. We are looking for a creative problem-solver and a team player with a keen interest in fashion.This position is full-time and based at our head office in Stockholm and will report to the E Commerce Director. Tasks will include, but not be limited to* Maintain an attractive online marketplace and enjoyable buyer experience* Manage and develop online marketplace plans and synchronize these with overall marketing calendars* Take actions to increase conversion rate and average order size* Secure the product supply and the interest of the online sales channel in the buying process as well as product allocation* Take lead in the development of the online marketplaces, and initiate new features and online tools* Sales and web analysis and reporting QUALIFICATIONS· A degree in Business Administration or equivalent· Documented e-commerce experience· Talented with numbers and strong analytical skills· Excellent working knowledge of Excel· Great planning and problem-solving skills· Experience from web analytic tools, such as Google Analytics· Strong communication skills in written and spoken English· A genuine interest in contemporary culture and general trends· Work experience within the fashion industry is a plus As we interview candidates continuously, we ask you to kindly register your application as soon as possible.
