Natural Cycles is one of Stockholm's hottest startups and the world's leading startup in the area of contraception and reproductive health. Besides providing women with a life-changing tool to monitor their fertility, the application is also a unique research platform yielding exciting new clinical data on a regular basis.
We are looking for a Head of Marketing Operations that will lead a team of marketing experts, ensuring that Natural Cycles conducts excellent marketing campaigns with the best strategy and execution in mind.As the head of marketing operations you will be a role model in project management (planning and executing) and help us create a platform for scaling our marketing operations efficiently while we grow. Another challenge will be to make sure the marketing team adopts the company's overall communication strategy to a scalable marketing strategy, both for paid and owned channels.
Furthermore you will lead your own projects, specifically growth related projects, taking on different challenges depending on our current focus as we are growing rapidly through international expansion and partnerships.
The ideal candidate is experienced in project management and operations, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is passionate about problem-solving and improving processes to generate efficiencies.
What you will be doing
Develop, implement, and optimize operational processes to enable a high-functioning team
Translate and adopt the company's communication strategy to actionable projects for both owned and paid channels
Leading a team of highly skilled marketing experts
Lead and manage growth projects connected to our international expansion
Liaise and align with other teams and functions in the organisation to help the marketing team plan and prioritise the correct projects
Drive growth projects connected to our international expansion
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues or roadblocks for campaign execution
Lead the analysis of post-campaign engagement data and continuously devise new ways to improve performance
Maintain and report to management on key metrics including overall campaign performance
What skills and experience you should have
A structured mindset while at the same time capable of working in a fast paced, ambiguous and challenging environment
Senior experience in communication and marketing strategy and operations
Proven track record of successfully managed projects and project management skills
Passionate about streamlining processes to drive business results
A keen interest in health related products and passionate about shaping the future of contraception
Strong team player, strong collaboration skills
Excellent prioritization skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility to multi-task across project with varying deadlines
Able to facilitate cross-functional discussions across different seniority levels to get to a productive outcome
Proactive self-starter capable of operating with minimal supervision
Native speaker or fluent in English
