About the role:
You know us from our brands Electrolux and AEG. The Head of Brand Marketing & Sustainability will have full ownership of all marketing activities in our Business Area Europe-APMEA.
The mission for BA EA Marketing is to drive value market share and creating the most consumer-centric and desirable brands in our industry by commercializing outstanding lifetime experiences that enable consumers to live more sustainably.
As Head of Brand Marketing & Sustainability you play a strategic role in how we drive sales and build our brands. You will work to improve our brand awareness and consideration in the eye of the consumer. In the role you will work close to senior business leaders in Product Line, Sales, Consumer Direct Interaction and others to grow our business and drive conversion.
What you'll do:
The Head of Brand Marketing & Sustainability will lead a large and diverse organization filled with tremendous talent and experience. Your leadership over this marketing organization will have a big impact on the Group's result. As Head of Brand Marketing & Sustainability you report to the Head of Business Area Europe-APMEA. You lead a senior team of marketing managers responsible for the following organizations.
In detail, you will:
• Brand portfolio, Marketing Strategy & Insights: Where we play to win.
• Comms, planning & activation, and Market Operations: How we deliver impactful execution across the journey.
• Activation Europe & APMEA : Activate, amplify, feedback and repeat.
• Sustainability: How we lead in sustainability and how we develop and commercialize our sustainability leadership.
• Experience Marketing (functional link): What we offer and why it's valuable.
Who you are:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree within relevant field
• Significant experience within marketing and brand
• Extensive experience from leading large marketing organizations
• Experience from leading international or global teams successfully
• International experience from consumer goods industry
• Experience from building strong teams across regions
• Excellent leadership skills and experience from leading leaders
Where you'll be:
This role is based in our Global Headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. The role requires travels across Europe and APACMEA regions.
