We are offering an attractive corporate solution, that has quickly attracted some of the most well known companies in Sweden as customers. We are now looking for a passionate individual with exceptional talent in digital marketing and branding. You should be comfortable doing marketing campaigns at scale and be ready to be part in everything from the brand strategy to performance marketing and the details of lead generation and conversion. You will be responsible for brand direction, and have a small team of in-house creatives to help to create inspiring marketing. This position will be a key recruitment and a large part of the brand and voice of Mynt.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive and lead the work of setting a winning lead generation strategy
• Develop our international expansion marketing strategy
• Lead and scale up our marketing organization
• Drive new product launch strategies
• Develop and lead our brand strategy, growth marketing, performance marketing and product marketing
• Establish goals and KPIs for the whole marketing organization
• Represent Mynt at speaking events and webinars
ABOUT THE CANDIDATE
• You are have deomonstrated experience of executing high growth marketing strategies, preferably in a high growth B2B and Fintech startup
• Have a proven track record of execution of strategies leading to increased lead generation, brand reach and retention
• You have an entrepenuerial mindset, committed to achieving your goals and willing to go the extra mile reach best possible result
• You are customer centric, data driven and results focused
• Strong technical knowledge of different tools used in day-to-day marketing execution
• Excellent ability to communicate strategies, thoughts and ideas
