Doktor 24 group is fast-growing and consists of two business areas that work tightly together: Doktor24, a digital integrated caregiver, and Platform24, an innovative health tech company that offers our award-winning platform to many healthcare providers such as several Swedish regions, insurers, and private health care providers. We are fortunate to have Investor AB (publ) and Apoteket AB as two long-term owners.

What you will do.

The marketing function at Platform 24 is the bridge between product and sales. You will, through strong copy and messaging, translate and package our product offering for current and future customers to grow our business both locally (Sweden) and internationally. This role will collaborate closely with several parts of the company, and especially create tight bonds with the product and sales team, contributing to the roadmap of where the product should be headed, driving our business forward.

To succeed in this role you will mix strategic and operational work. You will for sure develop marketing plans and strategies for growth in current and future markets, including competitor benchmarking, mapping of competitive differentiation, and marketing outcome analysis. However, since we are in the beginning of our journey, some of your tasks will also be more hands-on; such as creation of product marketing material for different media, especially focusing on writing.

To be successful in this role, we believe that you have/are

• Extensive experience in both strategic and operational work of product marketing within B2B, SaaS companies.
• Experience from building and leading high performing teams
• You are a wordsmith with a proven track record of excellent writing skills and a knack for conveying complex and technical products into something easily understandable.
• Deep technical competence & understanding
• A good communicator (conveys information with clarity & listens effectively)
• A team player (building on the ideas of others, shares information and expertise to achieve desired results)
• Customer-Centric (understands current and anticipated client needs, seeks feedback from clients)
• Problem Solver (Anticipates problems, Solutions Oriented, Quick learner)
• Fluency in both Swedish and English, verbal and written
