We are looking for Head of Market & Business Strategy in Product Line Unified Data Management, UDM, and Policy. ICT is transforming the way billions of people work, play and communicate. The purpose of the job is to handle the overall market-, business- and product strategy in the Product Line. It is management role with a unit with experienced strategic product managers. The Product Line is responsible for the new 5G Core network functions such as UDM, AUSF, NEF, PCF, UDR and existing network functions such as SAPC, SCEF, CUDB, HSS-FE and HLR-FE.
Mission for position:
To secure profitable PL UDM and Policy product- and service portfolio, through deep market and competitor understanding
Responsibilities:
Overall business- and product strategy on PL level
Lead 5G customer engagements together with other parts of BDGS
Innovation areas (APIs / Exposure / ...)
Budget: Investment profiles per product
Financials: Net Sales / Orders Booked / Product Contribution / CoS / aCoS / R&D / Top account / Worst account
Business plan
BDGS: SA Business Review and similar, Business Decisions (BD2/ delta BD2 / BD3) and 5G Core Steering Meeting
PL and PDU: PMF (PRM-, PRT-, PRG decisions)
Key Qualifications:
Education: M.Sc or similar required. Business education seen as a merit.
Min years of experience: 7 years ICT including leadership experience. Product management and market area / customer unit experience seen as a merit.
Domain experience: UDM, Policy, Packet Core and Cloud
Extensive knowledge of business- and product management
You will need to have excellent presentation and communication skills
Analitical skills
Formulating strategies and concepts
Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
