Your role
We are now looking for a manager for the organisation Management System Support (MSS) within Group Quality. You will be responsible for the overall management of the organisation and its employees. Management System Support works with modeling within Saab's Global Management System (GMS) and Document Management, but also provides related services.
The role also entails working with and supporting Head of Quality, to whom you also will report. You will be responsible for ensuring that the organisation and its employees have the capabilities, resources and culture to deliver on current and future needs and requirements of internal customers.
Management System Support works with other units within the Business Area, Group Functions and Operational Countries as a whole and you will need to both create and sustain good relations with these.
You will also work with a variety of tasks and projects related to the Quality function and you will be a key individual in developing the Quality function going forward.
Your profile

We expect you to be both courageous and curious, and you need to have excellent communicative skills, and be able to create a performance-driven environment characterised by team work and cooperation.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience from management roles and from leading change in organisations. You are an engaged and driven manager who has proven ability to motivate and enthuse teams and individuals to perform and your leadership style is highly communicative, collaborative and promotes an open, trustful and encouraging work environment.
To be successful in this role you need to have an interest in Quality work and management systems. Previous experience from the Quality field is highly advantageous and it is necessary that you have a willingness to develop further within the field.
We expect you to be a fast learner and to quickly grasp new concepts, requirements, customer demands etc. Making complex issues understandable and relatable throughout the organisation is a success factor in this role. You are a confident communicator in both Swedish and English and you easily share information in a clear and relevant manner, both verbally and in writing.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
