Our Exciting Opportunity
Ericsson Marketing and Corporate Relations (M&CR) is responsible for helping Ericsson be perceived as the technology leader, preferred employer, and partner for empowering the connected world. We represent and support all Business Areas, Market Areas and Group Functions at Ericsson. We are investing in world-class capabilities in our distributed team to deliver on our objective to fuel Ericsson's next horizon of growth by expressing our company purpose, driving perception, enabling sales, and delivering deep expertise.
We are now looking for the Head of M&CR Business Operations with the responsibility to drive transformation, capability development and functional strategy for Marketing & Corporate Relations. The function is currently on a transformation journey, with high ambitions to build a strong organization that will add substantial business impact, and you will play a key role to make it happen! To succeed, it requires strong personal drive, an analytical and strategic approach, and the ability to engage and collaborate effectively across organizational units. You should enjoy tackling a variety of challenges, driving improvement and change and to lead and develop the team.
The role will report to the VP and Head of M&C Excellence and Common Services and be a member of the leadership team.

You will
Set the global strategic direction of Business Operations for M&CR
Drive transformation and functional development, enabling strategy execution
Program management for overall M&CR transformation, project and change management
Development and implementation of the global M&CR capability strategy and plan, including competence readiness and agency management
Drive functional development and strategies
Lead and develop the Business Operations team as a team and as individuals
Secure structure and efficient ways-of-working, as it's essential for global M&CR to move with speed and flexibility, and thereby improve business impact
Overarching compliance work for M&CR, including SPOC for MLO and global sponsorship & donations
Efficiency of overall governance and processes
Adherence and fulfillment of EGMS and compliance requirements
Risk management, Security management and Business Continuity management
Support and secure development and operational alignment of MA, BA and GF M&CR within the areas of responsibility
Drive and develop the global M&C operations community and job role


To be successful in the role you must have
10+ years of validated experience from strategy development and execution and business operations/excellence, preferably with experience of Marketing & Communications
Experience as a senior leader with proven success in global roles working in a matrix organization
The ability to encourage and lead successful teams efficiently
Courage to influence across organizations, efficiently leading change, originating ideas, and proven success in building influential networks
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with clarity and purpose at all levels of the organization
The ability and the will of being a great team-player
