As Head of Logistics Operation Braås, you lead and develop an organization of totally 150 coworkers consisting of three production leaders within logistics and one manager within Order & Volume Planning:
You are responsible for our total logistic business, including investment plans and the factory's layout and ensure the logistic support for manufacturing, assembly and logistics. You are part of Operations' management team and contribute to the realization of our long-term strategies. You are also part of driving Volvo CE's strategy Building Tomorrow Together and helping to build the world we want to live in.

You can and want to lead the development of our processes and are clear about what is expected of your employees. You have some experience of change management and work with Lean Production (VPS). You are attracted by a wide area of responsibility with both operational and strategic elements. Of course, you are also passionate about logistics and the challenge of new exciting solutions for the future.
To succeed in your new role, we believe that you have the following knowledge and experience:
Relevant technical/logistic education at university level or equivalent
Many years of experience in leadership and logistics
Great customer focus and business acumen
You speak and write Swedish and English
