Your role
As Head of one of two Logistic Engineering and Technical Publications groups at Saab Surveillance in Göteborg, you will manage a group of logistic engineers and technical writers that provide Saab's customers with the information they need to operate and maintain our radar systems.
Your responsibility includes individual coaching, continuous improvement of processes and methods, and supporting our personnel in their daily work. In addition, you need to create and maintain the necessary network within Saab to serve as the team's spokesperson.
Logistic Engineering and Technical Publications is one of four groups in the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) department. As Head of Logistic Engineering and Technical Publications, you will be an important part of the ILS management team. The management team works closely together, and each individual contributes with their own experiences and strengths to take an active part in helping solve challenges of all groups within the department. Together we create an engaging and inclusive environment, to encourage growth and personal development.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance, additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

The Integrated Logistics Support department aims to ensure the reliability, availability, maintainability, and testability of our radar systems, and supports the products throughout their life cycle.
